Privacy policy

E0 Finder (the website and the Android/iOS apps) has no accounts, no login, and no OTP — ever. This page explains the little data that does move through the product, why, and who it's shared with.

Location

When you use "near me" on the website or in the apps, your device's location is used to find nearby stations. On the website this happens in your browser. In the apps, and for the website's live-data path, your coordinates are sent to our backend (a Cloudflare Worker) as part of that one request, rounded, and used only as a short-lived cache key to look up nearby stations — they are not logged, stored against you, or retained after the request completes. We never see or store your exact movement history.

On Android, location access is requested only in the foreground, only when you use the near-me feature, and only for fine/coarse location — never in the background.

Crash and diagnostic data (apps only)

The Android and iOS apps use Measure to catch crashes and app-not-responding (ANR) freezes, so we can find and fix bugs. This can include: device model and OS version, app version, crash stack traces, and basic session/performance data (like how long a screen took to load). It does not include your name, email, or any account identifier, because the app has none to collect. We've also specifically turned off two things Measure normally captures by default: crash/ANR screenshots, and network-request logging for the near-me endpoint (which would otherwise have recorded your coordinates) — both would have risked exposing your location or on- screen content, which is exactly what this section is meant to rule out.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, no login, no OTP, no email/phone sign-up, ever.
• No advertising identifiers, no ad trackers, no ads.
• No website analytics beyond what your browser or Cloudflare logs by default for any site (see below).
• No sale of data to anyone, for any reason.

Hosting and third parties

The website and backend run on Cloudflare (Pages and Workers), which sees standard web-server request metadata (like IP address) as part of serving any request on the internet — the same as any site hosted anywhere. Crash/diagnostic data from the apps goes to Measure (measure.sh), described above. We don't use any other third-party data processor.

Children

E0 Finder isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect data from them — there's nothing here to sign up for in the first place.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
